About A Grand Exposition
A Grand Exposition is a contemporary blend of Art Fair, Fun Palace, Science Salon and Techno Theatre – a nod to ‘The Great Exhibition’ of 1851 – the first international exhibition of manufactured products to showcase technical and creative innovation.

— A Public Exhibition of Visual and Sonic Artworks
— New and Original Commissioned & Curated Works
— The Cornbrook Retrospective
— The Collaborators Showcase
— Maker Workshops and Activities for all ages
— Illuminated Talks exploring the social and cultural impact of science and technology
— Screenings, Demonstrations & Showcases
— Live Performance and Entertainments
— The Northern Guild’s Steampunk Arcade
— Artisan Tavern & Gin Palace
— A Grand Auction
We’ve now announced selections from our ‘Commission & Curate’ Open Call for:
